What We're Building

The Park — Zones & Timeline

100 acres. Ten specialised zones. A 13-month construction timeline from first funding to grand opening.

What We're Building

Ten Specialised Zones

128 acres of thoughtfully designed spaces — every season will be peak season.

Dam & Reservoir

The largest earthen dam in Upper West Region — a navigable reservoir for boat rides, aquatic gardens, and a centrepiece LED fountain.

Six-Zone Botanical Garden

Entrance garden, waterside border, formal rose garden, tropical woodland walk, herb & sensory garden, and sunflower meadow — all drip-irrigated.

Butterfly Maze

Enclosed maze and observation chamber attracting butterflies and pollinators. A favourite for schools and ecotourism groups.

Open Restaurant & Kitchen

Waterside open-air dining with a Garden-to-Table concept — fresh fish from our pond, herbs from the medicinal zone, and Ghanaian cuisine.

Event Lawns × 4

Four manicured lawns for picnics, weddings, cultural festivals, and corporate events. Capacity 200–500 guests.

VIP Lodge

Premium accommodation with pool and garden terrace. Perfect for weddings and executive retreats. GHS 1,500–3,000 per night.
